Enriching the Trinity Experience

New Chapter, Same Story

Faculty. Families. Future.

As we approach our 25th year as an institution, we have entered a new chapter in the life of Trinity Episcopal School, yet our mission remains as clear as the day we were founded. In 2022 we welcomed Mrs. Imana Sherrill as our third Head of School and wanted to incorporate her bold vision into our strategic planning moving forward. She has recruited a talented team of administrators to support her work and Trinity feels a renewed commitment and energy as we step into this milestone year.

Our Core Values

Create Scholars

TES is grounded in an exceptional educational program that inspires a love of learning and a quest for knowledge. The innovative and integrated curriculum challenges students to fulfill their unique potential as students and scholars.

Nurture Spirituality

TES nurtures spirituality as an integral dimension of children’s development, thereby preparing them to share their intellectual and creative talent for the fulfillment of God’s purpose. We observe the cherished rites of the Episcopal Church, including its tradition of reason, openness and acceptance. Our responsibility as children of God affirms our commitment to outreach and service to others.

Embrace Diversity

TES is committed to creating and sustaining a school community that is welcoming, respectful and inclusive of differences and that reflects the diversity of the greater Charlotte community.

CHAPTER 1

Goal: Recruitment Development and Compensation of Trinity Staculty

In order to continue to maintain a culture that fulfills Trinity’s mission, the school needs to continue to hire faculty and staff (staculty) who will live out the mission. These staculty deserve to be surrounded by mission aligned peers, need room to grow and should be competitively compensated for all of their work and commitment.
