The Case for Support

Scholarship. Spirituality. Diversity.

The path forward for Trinity points in one direction: True North.

We are excited to announce Trinity’s capital campaign, True North: Scholarship, Spirituality, Diversity, and Trinity Episcopal School’s Next 25 Years.

At the heart of the True North campaign is our staculty - the people who bring the hallmarks of the Trinity Episcopal education to life every day. This campaign reinforces our commitment to fair and meaningful compensation, as well as continued professional growth. It also further invests in the classroom experience for teachers and students alike, enhancing the environments that spark academic excellence. Lastly, the campaign will strengthen our robust financial support program that allows a Trinity education to be accessible to all who seek it.

Our Priorities

Compensation for Faculty and Staff

True North will grow the endowment for faculty and staff compensation, enabling Trinity to be a competitive employer among Charlotte-area schools, both public and independent.

Stronger Financial Support Funding

Gifts to the endowment through True North will reduce reliance on the annual Trinity Fund for funding our robust financial support program that allows Trinity to reflect the socioeconomic diversity of Charlotte.

Upgrading Campus Facilities

True North will complete a range of projects that bring new technologies and capabilities to classrooms and learning spaces, enhancing the constructivist learning model that defines a Trinity Episcopal education

Keep their growing minds engaged
